Attorney Yueqi Yang is an Associate Attorney at Causey & Ye Law, P.L.L.C., focusing her practice exclusively on U.S. immigration law. She represents individuals, families, and professionals in a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based and employment-based green cards, citizenship and naturalization, H-1B and other employment visas, visa extensions and reinstatements, change of status, and asylum and refugee applications, including removal and deportation defense.
Licensed to practice law in both California and Massachusetts, Attorney Yang brings a strong academic foundation and substantial practical experience to her immigration practice. She is known for her meticulous legal analysis, strategic case preparation, and compassionate approach to guiding clients through complex and high-stakes immigration processes.
Attorney Yang earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the George Washington Journal of Energy & Environmental Law and actively participated in the Civil and Human Rights Clinic. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Japanese Language and Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Attorney Yang is particularly skilled in preparing hardship waivers (Forms I-601 and I-601A), responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and guiding clients through admissibility challenges. She also supports petitions under the EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) and EB-1A extraordinary ability categories for scholars, researchers, and professionals.
