Wendy is a native Mandarin Speaker who is also fluent in English. Her role is to overseeing performance evaluations and employee development plans and Coordinating implementation of strategic initiatives across legal and administrative teams. Her responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Analyzing workflow data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements;
- Developing forecasting models to support staffing and project planning;
- Creating operational KPIs and reporting dashboards for leadership review;
- Standardizing procedures for payroll, scheduling, onboarding, and case coordination;
- Managing vendor relations, budgeting, and procurement activities.
Wendy holds a master’s degree in business analytics from the University of Iowa. Prior to her master’s degree, she attended Iowa State University and received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and minor in management information system. While finishing her master’s degree, she has worked as a Data Analyst Intern in Iowa City, where she was responsible for aggregating, structuring, and analyzing data on property management groups, nationwide hospital systems and specialty pharmacy groups. She also served as a Business Assistant at the Causey & Ye Law in 2020 and 2021, handling various administrative tasks, communicating with clients, assisting employee training and performance evaluations, initiating accounting reconciliations, leading marketing planning, and assisting different immigration cases.
