Timothy Williams

Timothy R. Williams (who prefers to go by "Tim") is an experienced Iowa lawyer in the United States. After graduating from Roosevelt High School in Des Moines, Iowa, he double majored in mathematics and statistics for his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa. Tim attended Drake Law School and received his juris doctorate degree with honors. Following law school, Tim clerked for an Iowa District Court Judge for a year. During his clerkship, he helped process many commercial transaction and real estate related cases. 

Tim brings over 20 years of experience in business law. Whether representing buyers or sellers, he provides professional, effective legal advice and helps resolve complex legal matters involving hotels, restaurants, auto businesses, factories, and service companies. He has served as legal counsel to more than 100 startup companies, supporting them through every stage of business development. Currently, Tim acts as legal counsel for over 50 companies. Tim also advises clients on commercial and residential real estate development, handling contract drafting, purchases, sales, leasing, and planning. To date, he has assisted with more than 3,000 real estate transactions.
