Timothy R. Williams (who prefers to go by "Tim") is an experienced Iowa lawyer in the United States. After graduating from Roosevelt High School in Des Moines, Iowa, he double majored in mathematics and statistics for his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa. Tim attended Drake Law School and received his juris doctorate degree with honors. Following law school, Tim clerked for an Iowa District Court Judge for a year. During his clerkship, he helped process many commercial transaction and real estate related cases. 

Tim has 20 years of experience in business law. Whether he is representing a buyer or a seller, he can provide professional and effective legal advice or directly solve legal issues such as hotels, restaurants, cars, factories and service companies. He has worked as a legal consultant for more than 100 new companies to help solve issues in all aspects of business. Currently, Tim is the legal agent for more than 50 companies. He is also a legal consultant for the development of commercial and residential properties, Tim is responsible for drafting contracts, buying, selling, leasing, and planning. So far, more than 3,000 real estate transactions have been completed with Tim’s help.
