Sean is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. He earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Michigan in Political Science and German.
His legal interests are primarily immigration, criminal, and employment law. During law school, Sean worked at an estate planning firm and later in the University of Minnesota Office of the General Counsel, where he gained experience researching a wide variety of legal topics and drafting correspondence memoranda, briefs, and client-focused guidance. He was also a student attorney and student director with Minnesota Law’s Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic, which represents noncitizens in the appellate stages of the removal process. As a member of the clinic, Sean researched complex immigration law topics, participated in drafting appeals and motions on behalf of our clients, and assisted clients in navigating various applications to USCIS.
