Jacob is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Jacob received his LL.M. from Boston University School of Law and is currently a candidate for J.S.D. (Ph.D. in Law) at Washington University in St. Louis. Jacob’s expertise lies in enterprise liability, business law, IP law, and privacy compliance. Before coming to the U.S., he also received his LL.B. from Zhongnan University of Economics and law, one of the top Chinese law schools. Jacob is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, United States (CIPP/US), as certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Jacob serves as our Training & Development Specialist, primarily focusing on legal compliance and knowledge training. He plays a key role in shaping our law firm's policies to ensure compliance with anti-discrimination, client privacy protection, and employment regulations. Moreover, Jacob efficiently manages vendor contracts and conducts procurement audits.

He also oversees the auditing of lawyers' hours and billing to enhance their work efficiency, providing regular feedback. Furthermore, he implements policies by training our clerks to ensure their adherence to the highest professional standards, promoting compliance with industry conduct codes, regulations, and laws while facilitating efficient legal operations. Jacob's contributions strongly reflect our unwavering commitment to excellence in legal services.
